Terms and Conditions
1. The course has limited availability, and seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to those who have completed the enrollment process.
2. If you choose to make payment via bank transfer, please inform our staff by providing the transaction receipt through WhatsApp, email, or fax.
3. The personal data provided in the application form will be used by our Learning Centre for application and admission purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Only the individual who has enrolled for the course is allowed to attend. Substitutions or sitting in on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
5. Our Learning Centre reserves the right to reject any application under any circumstances and for any reason. Payment of fees should be considered as conditional acceptance of the application.
6. Our Learning Centre reserves the right to substitute the trainer and/or make changes to the course content, venue, and/or schedule if necessary.
7. Our Learning Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property or any property in your possession during your engagement with us or participation in our courses.
8. Students who achieve a minimum of 70% attendance in a course will receive a certificate of attendance at no additional cost. Applications for certificates can be made within 2 years after course completion.
9. Students are advised to keep the original official receipt until the end of the course. Our Learning Centre will not reissue or reprint official receipts after course completion.
10. In the event of a typhoon or adverse weather conditions, special class arrangements will be announced on our website or through the WhatsApp Group.
