About Us
Zim Systems Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2003. We specialize in providing IT solutions and consulting services, offering comprehensive one-stop solutions to clients worldwide. Our main services include helpdesk support, network solutions, software development, website development, digital marketing, and email and website hosting.
In 2004, we formed an alliance with Pacnet (formerly known as Pacific Internet). By 2008, we had obtained authorizations from HKBN and Diyixian to become their official partners. In 2006, the Hong Kong branch of Gucci Group adopted our inventory management system. This system has also been implemented in Gucci branches in Australia, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, and Malaysia 2 years later in 2008. We have extensive experience in web development and have helped numerous listed companies and businesses expand their online services and build their brands.
Since 2010, we have been utilizing computer technology and internet marketing to provide digital marketing services to our clients. With our outstanding performance in digital marketing, we have been chosen by companies such as GoGoVan and SC Storage to provide our services. In 2012, in order to further enhance our integrated services, we decided to add email and website hosting services and establish our own data center to provide a one-stop service for our clients.
In 2019 and during the pandemic, we have been assisting our existing and new SME clients in applying for various business support programs and funds such as the D-Biz, TVP, and BUD, allowing them to remain competitive without investing too many resources.
At Zim Systems Limited, we are committed to providing proven best practices for the overall benefit of our clients. Our consultants work closely with our clients to improve their business performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services in an open and transparent manner. In 2020, Zim Systems Limited launched a new IT education center called Zim Academy Learning Centre. This learning centre offers a wide range of tech training courses for corporations, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the ever-changing technological landscape.
